This policy explains how Selfware handles information when you use our website, products, APIs, AI perspectives, cultural context tools, and related services.

The information we process depends on the features you use, the organisation that provides your account, and the systems you choose to connect.

• Account information: name, email address, organisation, role, authentication details, and support messages.
• Submitted content: prompts, files, brand context, customer context, feedback, and other material you provide to the service.
• Usage and device data: feature usage, browser or device details, IP address, diagnostics, security events, and performance data.
• Connected services: information made available through integrations you or your organisation authorise.

03How information is used

We use information to provide and secure the service, process cultural-context requests, personalise authorised workspaces, maintain audit history, support users, prevent abuse, understand product performance, and meet legal obligations.

Submitted content may be processed by infrastructure, model, search, storage, authentication, analytics, and observability providers acting on our behalf. We limit that processing to what is needed to provide and protect Selfware.

04AI processing

Prompts and relevant workspace context may be sent to model providers to generate responses, run tools, or structure cultural context. Outputs may be retained with the request so the product can display history, support evaluation, and improve reliability.

Customer content is not intentionally made public. We do not sell personal information or use private workspace content for third-party advertising.

05Sharing and transfers

Information may be shared with service providers, connected tools you authorise, professional advisers, authorities where legally required, or a successor in a corporate transaction. Providers are required to protect information and process it for authorised purposes.

Information may be processed in countries other than the one in which you live. Appropriate contractual and technical safeguards are used where required.

06Retention, security, and choices

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security and audit history, meet contractual and legal requirements, and operate backups. Retention can vary by plan and workspace agreement.

We use access controls, encryption in transit, monitoring, least-privilege practices, and vendor review. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal information. Workspace administrators may also manage organisation data and connected services.

07Contact and updates
