Terms of Service
The terms governing access to Selfware products, cultural context, AI perspectives, APIs, and related services.
Using Selfware
These terms govern access to Selfware websites, applications, APIs, perspectives, cultural context services, and related tools. By using the service, you agree to follow these terms and any additional written agreement that applies to your organisation.
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials and API keys secure.
Acceptable use
You may use Selfware to research cultural context, build agent workflows, create recommendations, and support related commercial work. You may not use the service to break the law, infringe rights, evade safeguards, distribute malware, probe the service without permission, or interfere with other users.
You are responsible for the prompts, files, customer information, brand materials, and other content you submit, including obtaining the rights and permissions needed to use it.
AI output and human judgment
Selfware can produce incomplete, changing, or incorrect output. Cultural interpretation is especially time-sensitive and subjective. You must review output before relying on it for consequential commercial, employment, legal, financial, safety, or public-facing decisions.
Selfware provides context and tools; it does not guarantee that a recommendation will perform, remain current, or fit every audience.
Accounts, plans, and payment
Paid plans, included usage, overages, renewal terms, and cancellation rights are shown at purchase or in a separate order. Fees are due according to that order and are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
We may suspend access for overdue payment, security risk, unlawful use, or a material breach. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Intellectual property
Selfware and its underlying software, interfaces, models, taxonomies, design, and documentation remain owned by Selfware and its licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit and receive the rights needed to use generated output, subject to applicable law and third-party rights.
Feedback may be used to improve the service without restriction or obligation.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Selfware disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Enterprise agreements may contain different service levels, warranties, and liability terms.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and, where appropriate, additional notice.
Questions about these terms can be directed through the details on the Legal page.
